NEVER EVER BRING A SINGLE ITEM OF CLOTHING!!! My dress is ruined after the first wash at this place ! $150.00 dress ruined by incompetent people! The dress had tassels on the end where the buttons are with gold like the button holes , they are gone and the tassel is frayed !!! What makes it worse is that they won't even say I'm sorry . The manager isn't even available. NEVER BRING YOUR CLOTHING HERE !!! RUN!

We've been customers for 2+ years and thought to share the just of my experience with this establishment. This place is good value for money for Pressing only, because of the following: 1. Very cheap prices 2. Good weekday business hours open 6:30am-close 7pm 3. Offer same day service if you drop items off before 8am, even on the Saturday without an extra charge What their not good at: 1. Tailoring/Alterations 2. Dry cleaning 3. Special care garments I take my family's cotton garments here for pressing only, and the rest to MW cleaners. They have ruined a silk & dress shirt, and will act innocent in the matter without reimbursement. But to be honest, if I can afford to buy an $80 blouse then I should stomach the prices of getting it properly handled.

I have been going for years and they haven’t messed up any of my clothes. I’m sorry you had that experience. My experience was and is very different. I LOVE BEST DRY CLEANERS AND I WOULD NOT NOR DO I THINK ABOUT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR KEEPING ME LOOK FRESH AND CLEAN

My $50 Jacket has been completely ruined by washing at this place and became unusable and the manager blamed the tailor of the jacket and even charged me $13 for giving back my ruined jacket by deceiving me and saying that I could return the jacket to the store I had bought from because it was tailored wrong! The manager is very unprofessional and a scammer! Stay away!

These guys are by far the best I’ve used. Not only did they make my shirts look brand new, but the staff was awesome to chat with! I’ll be back next week!

I've been using Best Cleaners for 5+ years and have been very pleased, they have never lost anything, are always friendly and multiple times when i have had missing buttons on shirts they have sewn on new ones without charging me. Would highly recommend.

They ruined my shirt. After arguing him for awhile, I said keep my shirt and pay me what I paid since you ruined it. He said no! He said, "what I can do for you is give you a ten dollar credit and I keep your shirt." I paid $25.00 for my shirt. He tried to rip me off when he was the one to ruin my shirt. Do not go here! He's a good talker but he will ruin your clothes and not make it right. It was the owner a middle eastern man named "boobie monnie" something like that. Horrible treatment!!!

My complaint is similar to the one above. Best Cleaners lost my Husband Joseph & Feiss dress shirt. I have given them or a month to find the shirt and supplied a receipt. I go by there once a week and the owner is always not there or out of the country. Today I filed a formal complaint with BBB.

NEVER EVER BRING A SINGLE ITEM OF CLOTHING TO THIS CHOP SHOP!! Too many broken buttons, torn shirts, inconsistent pricing and policies to EVER go back. While the old crew was tolerable, this new crew only wants to argue, haggle and annoy their customers while caring so little about their services that they have destroyed my shirts 2 weeks in a row. Recently, their owner "made" one of their workers call all the people who were no longer bringing in their laundry to find out why we had chosen to no longer frequent this chop shop. After 10 minutes of talking to the owner, again the guy who 1st "made" one of his employees call dissatisfied customers because he was too busy?, bored?, uninterested? to call himself, about how dissatisfied i was with his shop the only thing he cared about was if i could explain to him how Google reviews worked. He showed no desire to make me whole for the shirts he had ruined or even apologize for the rudeness and disrespect his staff had shown me or my clothing. This guy is a joke. This place is a joke. If you bring anything to this place only blame yourself when his staff ruins it.

I had a $70 top shortened there and they ruined it. All they had to do was take off 5 inches and then hem it. The hem is so crooked and looks awful. If they can't do simple hem work they should not be altering clothes. If I wanted a crooked hem I would have had my 8 year old do the work.
