The staff at Best Friends Pet Hotel 10301 Feldfarm Lane, Charlotte, NC are my dog Pascal’s best friends. They see that he is well taken care of and makes sure he gets to join group play which he loves. Pascal loves to play with other dogs in the group he is assigned to. I have never had this to happen before: When I picked him up on Mon., Dec. 26, he did not go straight to the Rogue like he usually does. He walked past it and down the sidewalk, then turned around and headed back through the front door of Best Friends. He didn’t want to leave which clearly made a statement all by itself. Pascal has a good home life; he has a fenced-in yard and a doggie door so he can go in and out as he pleases. It touched my heart that he wanted to go back in the front door of Best Friends. I will not take him anywhere else. Ann Hardin, York, SC
From the online registration process to checking in and pick up, Best Friends made everything so easy. Clean, welcoming, friendly! A great place for our two black lab litter sisters!!!! So many great options available in taking care of our pups. Highly, highly recommend!!!
Bridget is the best groomer that our dogs have ever had. She combines her artistry as a groomer with a gentle demeanor that puts my long-haired chihuahua, Buddy, at ease. When she greeted us outside Best Friends last Saturday, Buddy sat down beside her. He is usually apprehensive around people outside his family. Buddy always looks beautiful after his day at the spa. And we love the bandanas! New Review. Bridget is the best groomer that our terrier, Missy, has ever had with her attention to detail, artistry, and gentle demeanor. Missy looked beautiful with her gray, black, and white markings after her summer shave and full service day at the spa! The receptionists are friendly, well organized, and everyone makes Best Friends a welcoming place. I highly recommend this business! New Review: Bridget is the best groomer that our 12 year long-haired chihuahua has ever had. She combines her artistry with a gentle and calm demeanor. Arianna, the receptionist at Best Friends, is friendly and professional as well. We have been clients at Best Friends for 9 years, and I highly recommend this business.
Very nice staff. Clean facilities our pets stay there for the holidays when we visit relatives in Charlotte. Very reasonable rates. A+
This might be one of the worst run facilities I’ve ever experienced. Some of the individuals that work here are honestly wonderful and I greatly appreciate the care they provide but the organization and general management is terrible. The latest issue was related to a grooming appointment that we called to confirm two weeks prior to the date, only to learn when we arrived on the appointment day that they had cancelled our appointment at least a week prior and never called us to inform or reschedule. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and said the best she could do was get us another appointment a month later. I wouldn’t leave a review like this if this was the first issue but we’ve run into similar problems to this one multiple times. It’s unfortunate because this place has real potential but their lack of attention to detail is behind the curve given the competition in the pet care space in Charlotte.
I'm totally disgusted. Best Friends should be shut down. They have no business caring for our fur babies. After yesterday I understand why there is such a turnover in employees. I took my Sadie in to be groomed. Her privates were nipped, her whiskers gone, the hair on top of her head cut very irregular. They don't know what they are doing. Horrible experience. I'm taking her to her vet. This morning and contacting an attorney and the Sec. Of Stare. Please do not use them.
Calise is the friendliest person I've met! Thank you for the great care of my fur baby!
Boarded our dog when we went out of town and she came back displaying regressed behavior. Our dog never urinated in the house and started doing it after we picked her up. Also, was very hard to get ahold of someone to check in on how our dog was doing.
