Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center

We had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn. The hotel was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful - from booking our room to check out. Every time we passed a staff member in the hallway, in the lobby, or out on the grounds we were greeted with a "hello" or "have a nice day." The free breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety of food. Our son thought the cookies and milk were the perfect treat at the end of the day. We will definitely plan on staying there again when we return next year.

Windjammer Restaurant in S. Burlington is the best restaurant we had experienced. Excellent service, fresh salad bar, great appetizer, main course that was filling and tasty. Menu had lots of options. Our party ordered steak dinners and was not disappointed. We were impressed with servers suggestions. Truly a family favorite and would be going again.

Excellent value. Not a fancy place, but very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the housekeepers and the maintenance staff. The room was very clean. The pool temperature and quality of the water were perfect. The free breakfast was better than other free breakfasts I have received at other places. Everything was fresh. And though I missed it, I am aware that they serve warm cookies in the lobby in the evening. What a nice touch! I am definitely staying there again when in Burlington, VT.

Decent hotel. Very very long corridors to walk. Ample parking but if you're tired or hard to get around, keep looking. I've requested rooms near the lobby 3x and always got put miles away in a far far hallway - once the hotel wasn't even nearly full. But it's a very pretty place. 3 stars is accurate.

From the front desk, to the ladies preparing breakfast, the van drivers and housekeeping staff were great. Thought we were at a 5 star hotel. They treated us as if we were in their home and we were family. We were there for a follow up visit with Univ. of Vermont Medical kidney dept. for my wife Elaine. When we were leaving they gave my wife a card which they all signed wishing her the best of luck. Very touching moment to say the least. The staff knows how to make one feel wanted and comfortable. Will be staying there again in the future. Thank You BWP Windjammer.
