Some of the best around in great people never once had bad service always had wonderful service they always have a wonderful smile on their face very welcoming to their customers and I am very happy to say that we have them in our community

Love their teas and banana pudding shake, but I got a cookie latte shake and it tasted like way to much protein powder and super milky and not thick.

I personally know the owner and I would recommend the company to anyone for your nutrition needs, also he is most knowledgeable in fitness as well as nutrition! He was one of my trainers in the late 90s!!! Very knowledgeable! Best nutrition Bar in the area!!!*****
