I traveled from NYC to DC and back. Both trips were very nice. The prices were the best I’ve found for that dates. I’ll definitely use their service again. - Drivers: Both drivers were professionals. They know their job. - Bus: Nice, new, clean with a lot of legroom. The toilet was at the end of the bus. - WiFi: High speed. Was working without problems probably 90% of the trip distance. - Chargers: Located under/between two seats. - Water: Complimentary cold water is provided before boarding.

After months waiting to use a Covid credit, we decided to take the bus back from DC to NY. After a pitstop to switch drivers, our new driver started to pull over on the highway 16 miles from Wilmington at 3:20pm and shared that the engine needed a restart. 10 mins later he mentioned they needed to send another bus. It’s now past 4pm and we were just notified the pickup bus is 2 hrs and 10 mins away. I wish I stuck to the train. #BestBus?

Literally the best bus service. The buses are not overcrowded. They give out free water, have trash bags and cup holders, and they have always arrived on time. I love this bus company!

The bus is very convenient, they have internet access and electrical outlets if you want to do some work the distance between the seats are pretty tight so you may not have enough room to work with the regular laptop. Also they do not have folding tray, so even if you want to have a sandwich or eat something there is a tight space. The pictures that they show on their advertisement may not be exactly what you get. But in general it's a decent service. Nothing fancy. In our way to New York the lady in charge did not mention anything about the internet access and the electrical outlets until we ask her in the DC stop. In our way back the person in charge of the trip back mention all the different resources you have available without us having to ask.

Dammm first time on Bus in America, Super, Super I departed D.C. to NY. Got there early so go a chance to acclimate myself with the place, easy breezy. The two gentleman that I spoke to, WOW, DAMMM, WOW, AWESOME, super polite, they changed driver's and placed Christina Mendoza, wholly Molly, she drove that big bus solo smoothie amazing and great experience.

I had a wonderful experience going up and returning home safely. Btw If your going into NYC they will ask for your vaccination card.

The departure times are very accurate. Driver appear friendly and drive safely. I am able to relax almost immediately. Prices are unbeatable. Free wifi, charging port for devices, and didn't even notice the old school fabric on the chairs. They are clean. Space between passengers are perfect . On a 70 degree day the temp inside is perfect.

Friendly service and comfortable sitting. However the trays/table definitely needs to be cleaned more often. Maybe leave few wet wipes for customers inside the plastic bag you guys offered.

Bus ride waa safe. Driver had us arrive safely and earlier than projected. One star less for bathroom. It seems designed only for men. Smaller than size of usual bus toilet. Also, designed for men only as standing upright would seem easiest than squatting with NO HOLDING BAR to secure myself as the bus rattled & shook! Toilet paper was gone by time I visited toulet.NO EXTRA ROLL WAS AVAILABLE. Yes I have traveled on many tour buses previously

So for first timer using Google map to the BestBus stop using Uber/Lyft, it might drop you off at the wrong side of the block. Don't panic, walk around the bend and find Skylight diner. The bus stop is right across the street of the diner. There is a small sign states the bus stop see photo. There is an onboard restroom.
