Friendly people and a great training environment. I just moved to DC and this gym is exactly what I was looking for.

Awesome! I joined amidst the pandemic and they have been great about creating a space for safety, learning, fitness, and martial arts. Definitely have enjoyed the various instruction styles and the ways I can build on technique in each class. They also have so many training times available that work with my schedule.

I love it here. I love the people, they really make you feel like part of the family. And of course I learned how throw leg kicks!
