Super clean, positive and patient staff, wholesome environment but kitchen staff seems to be a little short

Great place, my dad stayed for a recovery and staff was great. I see people running this place and the people who work there down, but yet they don't work there any longer must have been they were bad workers.

I agree with Nikki. I worked here for three weeks. The worst place to work for. Underpaid. The staff in the kitchen are so unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing. They seem to fly by the seat of their pants. I also visit a friend who's in the Heartwood (locked unit) that place is falling apart! They cram people into the rooms, the paint is chipped, it's drab looking & depressing. One of the CNA's actually said - they don't know the difference- only you do because you have your mind yet.(and giggled) I don't want to post on here what I told her. I would not work here, nor would I put an animal in this place.

My Mother is there and I find the staff pleasant ,caring and professional . They are probably underpaid for the work they do and double shifts .

I spent over 3 months at Bethany and found ALL of the staff very efficient, caring, and very helpful. Very knowledgeable Nursing staff plenty of RNs and CNA's to care for the patients. Great food staff and food. The physical therapest were very effective at restoring my strenght. If I ever need that kind of care again it will be at Bethany. I hope CNA Allison is still there to care for me, she was great! Roy Sheraden
