Denise normally does mine and my daughter’s hair, especially since she’s nearby. Her salon, although small, is very cute and cozy! I personally like small salons as it feels more personal, I feel comfortable about discussing any issues with my hair, and it’s private. My hair turned out great last time during my recent visit! I will return to get my hair done. Denise will be honest with you so if you can’t handle the truth than find someone who will only tell you what you want to hear about your hair.
Took my sister here last week for a wash & blow-out because we were recommended by a friend. We made an appointment was taken right on time by Denise. Denise is friendly and was always making conversation with my sister. At the end, my sister loved the way it came out and seeing her happy afterwards means the world to me. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Denise!
Hi all....have been going to Bethel salon for over three years! It's a little hidden gem in LIC, NY. Denise is amazing, such a great talent & friend. She does it all... from Eyebrow waxing, Cuts, Color to Keratin treatments & more...I've done them all. Be sure to visit her...you'll enjoy the experience & walk out feeling gorgeous!
Worst experience ever! She was so rough with my hair especially while shampooing and conditioning - spilled water all through the back of my dress. Tiny shady spot and used water to dilute the black hair dye and save dye and $ didn’t even fully cover my highlights because she cheaped out with the hair dye and her services. I could’ve done a better job at home. Not to mention the worst most annoying loud music she had playing. Barely knows English. NEVER AGAIN
Nice place and the woman who works here is very nice but she rushed my hair. My hair is uneven and while she was flat ironing my hair she tried to hide the fact it was longer in the front then back. Besides the uneven hair cut, she blew my hair out alright

I finally found someone who understands my high- maintenance Puerto Rican hair! This tiny, humble salon is a hidden jewel in LIC. Denise was great and I'll definitely be back!
