Bethune Law Firm

Long story short this has been the longest gruesome experience I’ve ever had to deal with - since March of 2021. After all the run around for appointments and realizing how much of a waste of my time this case ended up being I decided to settle for whatever it was that I could so it can be all behind me. Received a payment offer via email two months ago nobody ever bothers to call you with updates or anything and accepted yet still waiting to hear back on when I will receive payment. It’s really strange to me how long it takes to receive payment when dealing with lawyers and lawsuits I may just not know the process. But what I do know is that in the future I will accept offers directly from the insurance company instead of the hassle with trying to sue for minor injuries etc. insurance companies have you paid literally the next day and the case is closed. If you don’t mind years of being dragged along with false promises or predictions then this is surely the place for you.

I would like to start by saying “Bethune Law Firm” is the one! They handled my case with from beginning to end in a wonderful & outstanding fashion. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was respectful and patient. Not only that they made sure there were no worries about anything on my end. I would like to Thank Everyone there for all that they have done, to make this an easy breezy successful end for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst lawyer services I could have ever imagined. PLEASE DO NOT LET THOSE COMMERCIALS FOOL YOU! I went to Bethune to support my community. The process took well over 2 years to complete with minimal contact. The docs were excessive and took the majority of the settlement. The staff always redirected every question I had and made me feel that they were inadequately informed of my case. I was so glad when it was over just for it to be over. I was dissatisfied with the entire process from start to finish.

Carlton Hill has been such a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date every step of the way through my claim process. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He has made my experience a breeze. Due to his due diligence if I ever need an accident attorney again I will be returning to Bethune Law Firm.

The absolute worst representation someone could receive. No communication, no follow ups at all. They represent you as if you are the opposition- not their client! They absolutely do not care. They have had my case for over a year and it’s literally had no movement, attorneys do not think that you’re important enough to speak with you regarding your case, instead they have a case manager- whatever that means, call you and string you along with BS. If I could give them no stars I would.

The staff at Bethune Law Firm were professional and responsive to all of my needs. They sent me to really good doctors and my case was settled rather quickly. Mr. Carlton N Ms. Hollman were very accessible and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

From them moment I contacted Bethune Law Firm after my accident and detailed them in between sobs what i just experienced, they have never stop fighting for my case or listening to me cry lol. They are professional , compassionate and diligent in ensuring that you are compensated for your pain in every way possible.
