I had the best experience with Betsy Robinson Bridal. I had previously gone to another bridal boutique where they made me feel high maintenance for asking for something that had no rhinestones and not poofy, and was feeling really defeated until I came here. The woman helping me pulled dozens of dresses that I loved, and I found one that I fell in love with. When the dress came in and was a little bit too short, they contacted the designer of the dress to get extra pieces of appliqué/fabric shipped over to them, and their seamstress sewed them on flawlessly. I felt beautiful on my wedding day thanks to them!

LOVE THIS PLACE! My sister has previously gotten her wedding dress from here and loved the experience and I can truly say that I felt the same! Not only were they the first and ONLY place I went to for my dress but my consultant was able to find THE DRESS among our first round of choices! Getting fitted was breeze with the seamstresses knowing exactly what they were doing and offering tips and recommendations that actually made my day as bride so much easier! Overall, the dress was beautiful and every time I went in the staff was great to work with! Thank you guys so much!

Betsy Robinson's has delivered the BEST experience for wedding dress shopping/purchasing. From the first encounter, and every moment since its a place I would recommend without a doubt for every bride. Mallory, makes sure every bride gets the experience she's looking for while providing her expertise to help guide your thoughts for a style or design. I have worked with Lindsey about 4-5 times to ensure my bridesmaids were able to pick their dresses, she was patient and kind even with us basically trying on every dress in the whole section. In my most recent visits, I had Kate assisting me and she's like the bridal associate you just want on your team, easy to talk to and super great! I couldn't narrow in on a veil that was absolutely perfect, so they allowed my mother to design a veil that was absolutely perfect and I couldn't imagine picking something different. I recommend everybody to go here for your bridal dress needs!!!

Visited here to try on wedding dresses for my wedding in the fall of '22. Loved my experience here. They were very attentive and took care of you. I found my wedding dress and just picked it up a week ago. They also can do any alterations if you need it.

I had such a great time choosing my dress at Betsy Robinson’s! I had a very specific idea in mind for my wedding dress and Mallory totally nailed it and we found the perfect dress! My moms flight got delayed and at first I was bummed about going without her but everyone jumped right in as my “built in besties” and it turned the day around. Everyone did everything they could to make sure I still felt extra special. They even held my phone while I FaceTimed family and friends! I can’t recommended this place enough

My experience was absolutely amazing. The entire team was attentive and made every effort to find "my perfect dress." I was searching for a modest dress on a short time line--from the alterations department to the front desk to the consultants to the owner, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Mallory the owner, with her warm and friendly demeanor, went above and beyond from the dress to the accessories so I felt like myself and beautifully bridal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would strongly recommend Betsy Robinson to anyone for any dress. Thank you Betsy Robinson for making my wedding day that much more special.

Molly was my bridal consultant at Betsy Robinson's. When I was in there with my bridal party, mother, and daughter on Friday, she treated us with such respect. Molly was genuinely interested in all ideas and opinions when it came to dresses. Not only mine I didn't have many but my crew's. Molly HEARD what we were saying and pulled dresses based off the feedback we were giving her. She also was interested in our story, how we met, how he proposed, etc. Molly asked tons of questions, made not only me but my crew feel incredibly welcome and heard. She was amazing. While I am sorry to say I did not find THE dress at Betsy Robinson’s, my experience there was by far the best experience I had of the four bridal shops I visited in that two-day period. Molly is a great asset to this Bridal Shop, and I hope and pray she continues to thrive here. This is truly her calling. I highly recommend this Bridal Shop to any bride to be and ask for Molly! I promise, you will not go wrong!

When I first was looking at places to buy a wedding dress I was not looking forward to it since I’m not someone who enjoys shopping or trying on clothes. But I will say this was an easy, and even, an enjoyable experience. I didn’t know what I was searching for but I told my consultant, Rose, what I definitely didn’t want. The dress I ended up choosing was the one Rose picked out. She had a great eye after explaining what I was kind of looking for. Every one there was so sweet and made me feel amazing in the dress I ended up choosing. I cannot wait until the dress perfectly fits after the alterations, since it’ll look even better

I had an amazing experience with Betsy Robinson bridal. I was hoping to find something off the rack, since I was getting married 2 months later, so I was nervous about finding something I loved that I could take home. My consultant, Taylor, was amazing about helping us look for dresses. We tried on several, and she was so patient as we re-tried on a few just to make sure we got the one we wanted. We landed on a style I hadn’t anticipated but loved. Because we were having a late Fall wedding, Taylor also helped us try on and order a fur shrug that we could have shipped in time for the wedding. We took the dress home off the rack, and getting the shrug in time was no problem. Everything about the experience was welcoming. The people and the environment made it comfortable and easy to enjoy. The shop is also a short, beautiful drive out of Baltimore. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for a great shopping experience as well as a beautiful dress.

I had such a great experience at Betsy Robinson! Our consultant Taylor was the best! She learned my style quickly and pulled a lot of beautiful dresses for me that I loved! She was great and let me try on a bunch that were different from what I said I wanted so I could get a feel for everything. Even though I didn’t end up getting a dress from here I had found one previously I loved and couldn’t get it out of my head, we had a great time and I tried on so many beautiful dresses!
