Great bed! We had a problem with changing the topper, as they delivered the wrong one because of some logistical issues. They were really nice on the phone though and everything went well with a new appointment to change it to the correct one. We also received 2 pillows for free at the end

Impossible to assemble the bed by yourself. It was delivered without the right screws. Waiting for screws since 3 weeks by now , with no proper customer service support or feedback.
