The Better Business Bureau hides legitimate complaints and reviews for whatever reason they want. They should not be allowed to hide complaints and reviews. Period. Regarding the blanket response they gave. I called them, emailed them. I had legitimate complaints and reviews and they ignored the complaints and even erased 2 of the reviews that got through originally. I have picture proof of everything but the BBB does not care and DOES NOT RESPECT THE FIRST AMENDMENT. You want an example? I filed a business to business complaint against a business owner who harassed me and my wife and our business over a google review that was written on his company. Not only was he vulgar and threatening, but I have a sexually harassing email from the individual AND an Ex Parte immediate order of protection that my wife got against him for sexual harassment and stalking. The BBB completely ignored the complaint. Made something up about not what they do, so I wrote it as a review. They refused to publish the review also and gave some other excuse. This guy films weddings for a living and has documented harassment but the BBB let's him hide it. That company is Creative Video Services out of Maryland Heights, MO. I have another example. I wrote a business to business complaint against a guy that screwed me out of over 400 hours of professional labor when he waited until I was nearly finished with a feature length film and then threatened to sue me for releasing my own work and told me he didn't consider the agreement I just worked 6 month on real. This guy lied to the BBB and told them it was a personal business matter that had nothing to do with his business. Without asking me for proof, they hid the complaint and closed it I wrote it as a review and they hid that for him too. I have proof in the form of his business logo that HE attached to the film's trailer, proving that his business was involved. The BBB completely ignored my complaint and refused to accept proof. I had to write a Rip Off Report on this company and person because the BBB allows people to hide legitimate complaints and reviews. That company is Hydraulic Pictures out of st Louis, MO. The BBB is a disgrace.

0 stars. cant file a complaint on line because it wont accept my email address. cant contact by phone. bbb is a fraud..........every failure is met with a hardy "we're sooooo sorry" its 2018 and zero accountability is the new rule.

Let's make a platform so angry people can extort legitimate business opportunities based on little to no evidence! An "accredited business just means they pay a subscription to own that title. There's criteria, yes, but in the end it doesn't mean anything about the state of your business.

Some how, no matter what company I have a complaint with in St. Louis this BBB is hands down going to protect the company and not do their job of finding a resolution. If the business reaches out to the BBB and "claim" they made a response to the consumer this BBB will close the case no questions asked to the consumer. I have contacted the Missouri Attorney General's Office and told them about their corrupt practices. Let's see if that helps.

BBB is not to be trusted. They except frivolous claims against good businesses without having all the information. BBB is all about the almighty dollar.
