Advance Maintenance in Fayetteville, NC is a rip off. The owner Robert Overton and his trifling wife Dona are no where near professional. They will over charge you for parts that you can get your self 100s cheaper, they rape you in labor charges, and the issue is never corrected. might as well put a band aid over wound gushing your guts out and say hey you're good to go. our company had a contract with them, we took one of our truck there to be serviced for an ac problem and i sat and watch as they released gases into the air. where is OSHA when you need them. that cant be health to release in the air and i know for a fact is harmful and against the law. Dona makes the most excuses and does the most lying. I advise anyone need services rather it be PM's, oil change, inspections, 24/7 roadside assistance to avoid this place at all cost. they don't even deserve 1 star just pressed it to submit post to get my point across. if this owner has so much experience for all these years then he should know better.
and beware of the response from owner BS. they always have excuses and its not the company owner its is wife coming to her husbands rescue because hes the (the franchise owner of Fayetteville location). I can say this Cody guy was bust he didn't know what he was doing. i requested our company not deal with him. Had one service done by this Ryan guy who was very informative and showed me everything he had done, very quick too, and James was cool cat, although he and the old guy allowed fumes out in the air which was the biggest issue at hand, James seem to have more knowledge than the old guy. a couple good employees don't make up for a horrible company and that's sad to say. I do not think Advance Maintenance is horrible as whole, in fact I've had partners to deal with Charlotte NC and Jacksonville NC locations and they were awesome. TO The CEO of advance maintenance my one review may not count for much but the Fayetteville location is tarnishing your reputation. I've heard it from so many people I'm just putting a voice behind it. Might be time for better managers or you're gonna lose loyal customers/

Review for TNT Garage Door Services, 42 Browning Cir, Coats, NC 27521, Phone: (910) 249-6333
Gina and Terry from TNT Garage Door Services are great people and genuinely concerned about helping people out with their home maintenance and “fix-it” problems like the ones I had at my house and could not do by myself. They responded quickly by coming by and reviewing my list of needs and replying the next day with a price quote that was very easy for me to live with. My assorted issues ranged from repairs to my roof, to fixing electrical problems with fixtures and lights, to carpentry work on and below my deck. They fit me into their busy schedule and sent a crew consisting of PJ and Rich who accomplished everything in an amazingly short amount of time. Competent, courteous, and professionals of the highest caliber, I would recommend them to everyone who has a “fix-it” problem that needs to be done right the first time by folks who really care and will not gouge you like many others that are out there! I give them 5 stars and look forward to a long relationship with them.

16JUL2015,
Writing to file a complaint against the Gold's Gym at 2485 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304, regarding poor customer service by the Manager, Mr. Ken Brown.
Here is the review I posted on YELP which outlines the issue:
I received terrible customer service from associate Samantha Sanchez and the Manager Mr. Ken Brown, when attempting to direct them to suspend my membership temporarily, with no penalties, until the Men's Sauna is repaired....at this point, inoperative for about two days, but history has proven (due to a 4-6 month outage of the men's sauna this past winter, that they have no sense of urgency to direct/force contractors to execute expedited repairs...you can always fire a maintenance contractor and get a new one.....sitting around passively, waiting for repairs to be executed is poor management. One would not allow such maintenance for an item related to the home such as A/C repair).
I visited this Gold's Gym at 2485 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville, NC on 14JUL2015 around 1000HRS, after having taken a break for about a month. The men's Sauna was inoperative AGAIN. It was inoperative for 4-6 months this past winter.
I spoke with an associate, Ms. Samantha Sanchez to complain about the sauna, the fact it had been out for 4-6 months recently, and suspending my membership until it is repaired. She was not helpful, made no suggestions to resolve my issue, and was genuinely dis-interested. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said he was not in, I told her to call him, she said should could not, and I pointed out that everyone has a cell phone and to call the manager, but she refused again. I asked for a customer comment card, but of course they had none. I told Ms. Sanchez that they were all about customer service when it came time to sign up new members, but not when it comes to resolving facility issues. I went home with no resolution.
About an hour later I called the gym and asked to speak to the Manager, Mr. Ken Brown, who was not in, I left my number and asked him to call me. To his credit (follow-up is very lacking from most people) he did call me that evening. When I attempted to dictate terms about suspending my membership with no penalties until the sauna was fixed, due to their poor history of ensuring repairs are rendered in a timely manner (as in fire the contractor and hire a new one...order parts from China...whatever it takes....being pro-active with respect to directing repairs) he became belligerent with me, he was not at all in a "receive" (listening) mode, and I had to tell him to "SHUT UP", that I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER, FILING A COMPLAINT AND THAT HE DOES NOT DICTATE HOW THE CONVERSATION GOES. Mr. Ken Brown, being the professional that he is...hung up on me...the customer filing a complaint.

Firestone at Cross Creek Mail is one of the worst businesses I have ever been too! Every time I go there I have an issue. I make an appt for Oil Change and a tire rotation and I still sit over 4 damn hours waiting for my vehicle! I came today to get oil change, tire rotation and an air filter and I had an appt at 11:00 and it's now 2:00 and I am still waiting on my vehicle! I will NEVER come here again!
