Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin

Tried calling in to file a complaint and they do not offer that help over the phone. They push you to a website that was built in the 90's. If you are trying to file against a large company they give you every address on file for anybody that is affiliated with that business instead of the headquarters or location for their customer service. They force you to write a letter for them to review...AND WAIT......So I did their work adding the buisness to their website. I filled out all my information and went to attach records of chat and e-mails and their site does not support .docx or .txt files. This is why people don't file complaints because they have to do the BBB's job for them.

They've called me everyday several times a day for months. They actually argue when you say you don't want to buy their warranties. They call ask for me then hang up. I answered this morning, they hung up as soon as I answered, I called back to be removed. The girl said they've tried calling a bunch of times and seen that I answered last night and this morning and they hung up ??? Admitting to hanging up??? She argued about taking me off their calling list, yelled over me and that she was hanging up! I called back and a guy answered and gave me their name and I said he'll take me off their list. I've been asking for months to be taken off their calling list and quit calling. This is terrible and annoying. I shouldn't have to put up with this!

McDowell Commercial and Residential landscaping and Restoration was hired to perform lawn services in May of 2017, per agreement the cost of the service included cutting and trimming the grass both front yard and the backyard every two weeks from May until winter. The total cost for the service was 300.00 which was paid in full up front per agreement. August is here in the company is altering the original agreement by saying it is now 45.00 per cut to cut the grass until October which was not the original agreement. I as the customer specified to the company what the original agreement was and even sent the correspondences that states the agreement but the company is still refusing to honor the original agreement. I would not recommend this service based on the above.

The BBB can NOT be trusted anymore. I made a complaint about a business closed down by the government for fraud and told this BBB location about it. There response was terrible because it is listed online they consider it open even though the Government closed them down. What is even more hilarious is they have a rating of A + jaja. Thats right the BBB gives a fraud business a A + rating that was closed down by the government. I would not TRUST any content from the BBB you can not rely on them giving you accurate info any more. Iam sure there will respond and tap dance around what I said but if they would simply remove business that have hurt consumers in the past I would not have to waste my time to warn consumers here.

KINLOW PLUMBING & HEATING. Do not waste your time with this company. The one star was given only because the technician came out. Wasted the entire day 8:00a.m. till 4:00pm and my water heater that was still under warranty never got repaired. Tech stopped taking my calls and did not followup the next day. GOOOOOOOD that was a blessing in disguise.
