Better Business Bureaus

This review is posted 16 years after we took possession of a Tamarack home. There is no impulse feed-back here. This is a total misfit company.. Stay away if you want to be happy in you home. EVERYTHING that can be missed or avoided will be missed and avoided. Be very, very aware!! This company will charge you the same as any builder but will deliver garbage. We are constantly fixing and repairing building mistakes and omissions.

Ottawa BBB is totally useless, don't bother wasting your time. They side with the business even when the business has hacked your credit card and attempted to intimidate you. They won't post negative reviews about the business, completely one-sided and mismanaged. As they won't allow my complaint or review about TOTAL TECH POOLS KINGSTON on the BBB site where it belongs, here it is here...TOTAL TECH POOLS KINGSTON is HORRIBLE!

What a joke!!!! Its time for the bbb to go away. Wont post my complaint if a crappy scam artist company because i used inappropriate words. Its a complaint you idiots. And oh they said i have to use my name. Its a complaint you idiots .Not a court of law.

Premier Windows in Ottawa: Two follow up meetings (after the initial meeting) with Premiers sales representative and at both meetings, he reported he had misplaced our file. After signing the contract we called asking when production measurements would be made and the same sales rep. said they had already been done. (this was an error as no one had come to our house to do these final measurements). Windows were installed in mid June 2017. We were expected to make the final payment to the installation crew however we had not received an updated final contract identifying exactly what amount was owing. Poor organisation from sales representative was evident. After the installation we immediately notified sales rep that one of the windows was installed in reverse. Error was acknowledged and a new window was ordered. After many emails and telephone calls in July, August and September 2017, the correct window did not get installed until first week of October 2017. We were very unsatisfied with the disorganised and slow service from sales rep. We were satisfied with product, installation crew and the telephone receptionist working for Premier Windows. .
