Better Health Store

I work close by, so have stopped in many times. I've always been surprised by their terrible customer service, hoping 'next time' it will be better. Sadly, it never has, so I've given up.

I love the lunch bar. The only place I know to get a fast, good, healthy and affordable lunch in Lansing. They have a good selection of CBD oils. They have cosmetics, household cleaners, supplements, medical supplies, groceries, candy. They really have it all!

This store always has a wide variety and selection to choose from. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable which is always a plus in my book. During the week they have an open lunch bar and a salad bar which is awesome too. Food is normally good; some days it's better than other days.

If you would like a consistently atrocious customer service experience at the registers, look no further than the Better Health Store in Frandor! Your unfriendly cashier will graciously slump off the bagging area they have designated as a proper sitting area and promptly avoid eye contact while they don't speak one word to you, other than your total. Don't worry, they won't be bothering to ask how you are, or if you've found what you needed. Got a membership with them? Looking up your name in the system seems to be the bane of a Better Health cashier's existence. You will stand awkwardly, trying to find something to look at, as they take their sweet time ringing you up, continuing their conversations with other employees - sometimes complaining about their apparently awful, hard work as a Better Health cashier. Tip: If you would like to thank your cashier, be sure to say it loud enough to interrupt their conversation with other staff members! They will respond as poorly and sharply to your appreciation as you expect.

Workers are very helpful and friendly. Store was very neat and clean.
