The employees of this company know a lot about tankless water heaters, which is not true for all water heater repair companies. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was fair, too. Highly recommended!

----------------------------------- The first time I called Better Water Heaters, I knew immediately that this was the company I would select to replace my problematic water heater. I talked to the owner on the phone, his name is Frans Cartwright, his voice is very professional, and honest. He directly and clearly answered my questions. He gave me the range of initial quotation. And he told me that when I'm ready, he will send his employee to come over to check my water heater, and he will give me a free estimation. "Free Estimation" came as a big suprise to me; those two simple words are scarcely used in lines of businesses. He also told me that he would beat any written quotations. By then, I knew that only a company who highly valued integrity and honesty could give customers these special treatments since they have enough confidence in being able to give their customers a reasonable and competitive price. The following day, Frans Cartwright sent Mike to come to my house. Mike checked my water heater, and gave me the final price. It ended up being within the initial price range that Frans gave to me previously. We agreed that my new water heater will have 10 years warranty and 2 years parts and labor. The rest is history. I am immensely happy with my new water heater and the excellent customer service provided to me.
