One of the best things about Beyond the Clinic is their model - therapists go where you are, whether it is at your home or at your office. That level of convenience is unique and great. Having Ben come to my home meant I didn't have to drive which would have likely further aggravated my symptoms and the discomfort I was experiencing. Home/office visits also provide an opportunity for the therapist to assess the environment and conditions you spend a lot of time in, in order to identify things that could be contributing to your symptoms or condition. Ben showed me ways I could use furniture and space around my house to assist me in doing the exercises he gave me to do. I highly recommend Ben Musholt and Beyond the Clinic!

I was rear-ended in a car accident and was suffering from whiplash and back pain. I work from home and I don't have a lot of time to get out during the day. Fortunately, I was referred to Ben at Beyond The Clinic. Ben was able to come to my home at a time during the day that was convenient for me. The best part is that Ben set me up with a series of very targeted exercises that got me back into fighting shape rather quickly. I hope I don't have back problems again, but if I do, I'll certainly be dialing up Beyond the Clinic for physical therapy needs.

I love Beyond the Clinic. I usually am pretty busy so I loved they could come to give me treatment at my house in the afternoon after work. They even offered me to come to my job during my lunch break!!. Ben Musholt was my PT, he was great. He helped me recover from a shoulder injury quickly and gave me great tips to prevent future injuries.

They were very concerned that my insurance company (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) doesn't reimburse them adequately, so they quoted me $135 for one session. The session was adequate, but very little information in the way of exercises that I wasn't already aware of. I then received a bill for $165. They say the session went 15 minutes over an hour so they charged an additional $30. That had not been made clear to me at the outset. I paid with my Health Savings Account credit card only to be sent a second bill about two weeks after I had paid the first bill in full. It required two phone calls and checking my HSA account payments to resolve the issue and the office manager was rude about the whole thing as if double billing were no big deal. I won't use their services again,

My mother recently finished her Physical Therapy (PT) sessions with Beyond the Clinic after a total right knee replacement. It was our lucky day when she cancelled her appointments with the recommended clinic in town and switched to Beyond the Clinic. By being able to stay at home and have the PT come for home visits, she no longer needed to worry about depending on her husband driving her to appointments, making him wait for her, or dealing with the literal pain of getting in and out of the car. Ben Musholt was her main PT with Aaron Saari seamlessly substituting twice. On the first visit Ben assessed not only her condition, but her home. He gave us input on where she could do exercises and which chairs & sofas would be appropriate props. He also reviewed what exercises could be done in her bed, the living room, dining room or even using the kitchen counter. He watched how she walked around her home, on the driveway or along the road, so she could then practice every day on her own. This far exceeded the PT given in an office. She feels that she never would have had the level of input where she could effectively go through the painful exercises and stretches she needed and still needs to do to get back to normal. Every time Ben came, he assessed not only her progress and answered questions, but also gave her more ways to exercise the same muscles. Ben and Aaron were friendly, but firm in that she needed to endure the painful stretches, if she wanted to keep her goal of walking without a limp. They showed us how to massage the knee and leg to move the swelling, how to work the scar and knee area to loosen the skin, and how to breathe to ease the painful exercises. She still has a long way to go, but we all feel so fortunate to have met Ben and Aaron in her home environment. She can now continue getting better knowing how to help herself at home in the best way. Any one of us would recommend Beyond the Clinic in a heartbeat.
