Beyond20

I’m an avid learner. I study about 2 hours daily; various materials relating to my industry and craft. The Beyond20 instructors presented the ITIL material in an interesting, methodical, and effective way. It’s clear they are topic experts. After a few days of training, I passed with an impressive score. I think to approach my own studies a bit differently now.

Beyond 20 is awesome. They are super friendly, very professional, and not only incredibly knowledgeable, but are amazing teachers. Thank you David Crouch for the ITIL Transitions Intermediate Certification class. You are an engaging instructor with many real-world anecdotes and a true mastery of the materials you teach. The office is easy to get to and very comfortable. The staff is welcoming and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of COFFEE, water, and snacks! You made challenging material seem less challenging, and gave us all the tips and tricks needed to pass a very challenging certification exam. I will be back very soon for more courses.

Thanks to Beyond20 for providing comprehensive, easy to follow instruction and an obvious desire to ensure success both in testing and in comprehension of the ITIL course-ware. Without such professional, in-depth knowledge and delivery, this course could take weeks if not months to learn. Special thanks to Brian for being an excellent instructor and subject matter expert in this field of study.

Just finished the ITIL Fundamentals course last week. It was a lot to take in but our instructor Erika made the class fun and material easy to digest. I was able to achieve a passing score because of her teaching style. Thank you guys for being so cool. I would absolutely take another course from Beyond20.

Beyond20 was recommended to me by a coworker. I attended Certified Scrum Master Training and really enjoyed it! The interactive style of the class really allowed me to absorb the concepts. You are totally prepared for the exam. The facility is also very clean, convenient to Metro and has a wide variety of restaurants nearby which is a plus. I would take another class here for sure.
