Friendly staff, huge selection and competent bike mechanics. Overall very happy with my build. The only thing I would knock is having to ask for the bike to be set up to me upon picking up. But once I asked they were more than happy to adjust the air shocks, etc. Highly recommend!

I rode 3 miles to Bicycle Garage on a flat tire. Sean fixed it immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and got me on my way. Quality and professionalism of service is 10/10!

They have serviced multi bikes of mine and I've purchased gear- I always left with a smile on my face. The prices are fair and they even fixed some of my problems for free. As someone that was new to cycling a couple of years ago, businesses like this have encouraged me to cycle more and to the point that I've moved from just commuting by bicycle to doing multi day trips all by bike. Thank you for being good stewards of the Indy bike community. Peace UPDATE: I've been here probably another five times and they continue to impress.

They were fantastic! I was having gear/wheel issues, and they were able to take my bike in the next day, fix it, and get it back to me in great condition within the same day. They were also very polite as I asked questions of what went wrong. Highly recommend!

I like that I can ride my bike downtown, get the work done on my bike while I'm at work, and ride my bike home at the end of the day. I also bought my bike from craigslist and rode it for a year and a half before getting BGI's second from highest tier maintenance package and it is now riding better than it ever has! So quiet that I need to actually use my bell when coming up behind people now. Thanks BGI!

My bike was stolen and someone had brought it in for work. They had a hunch and looked up the serial number to find out it was stolen. They got in contact with me I got my bike back. Amazing staff.

Everyone in the shop is super nice and they did great work when I brought my bike in to have a headset replaced. Each time I visit here -- which will be more often as I am now commuting downtown -- I leave a satisfied customer.

I came in to get a bike helmet for a duathlon I was preparing for and also to pickup bike handle plugs. I worked with Sean, who was very helpful and also answered other questions I had as I plan to upgrade my bike in the future. I forgot the bike handle plugs on the checkout counter which I needed to be compliant with USA Triathlon rules, and Sean called me the next day to let me know. I appreciated the help and also the thoughtfulness of the follow up call!

I purchased my bike from BGI around 5 years ago, and each and every time I've brought it in for maintenance, the team has been incredibly quick and professional. I believe their prices are very reasonable, and service has been stellar thus far.

Excellent service - hard to find these days! I highly recommend this place. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they aimed to help you, unlike other stores that only think about how to sell you their most expensive product.
