This is the best bike shop hands down in our area. Great staff. They are super knowledgeable and helpful about everything from buying a new bike to questions about repair and even nutrition. Definitely recommend these guys. When you go in you can trust that they are not just trying to sell you a bike but get you on the perfect bike for your size, fitness, and style. Awesome.

I bought a Specialized Roubaix from Jamie at Bicycle Generation and had it shipped to Connecticut. First ride the chain was clicking and brakes engaged by themselves. I took it to Mystic Cycle and a great guy named Chris spent over an hour fixing the bike. His comment was a Wal-Mart employee would have done a better job putting it together. Bicycle Generation you should be ashamed! Not only did you do an incredibly poor job you endangered my safety ... shame on you! Specialized you should carefully consider who you allow to sell your product.

I've been buying bikes from Leo and Tyler for nearly 20 years. They are first class, easy to deal with, and stand behind their products. Highly recommended!

Leo and the crew are tops. It is an 'old school' bike shop where they actually have things you can touch and feel and try out. I brought my bike to them (that I had purchased elsewhere) and they helped me source the cause of a squeak and then we got it fixed. They kept the bike a few days for parts to arrive, but it was EZ going and they fixed the problem. I always get a friendly greeting when I walk in the door and I know they have been around for years.
