We are so lucky to have Tyler and his staff at BP!! I have purchased my last two bikes from them and have been so thankful for their patience, guidance, and knowledge. Also, for the first time, ever, I had my grand total rap battled to me Tyler took the challenge and beasted some awesome lyrics to finalize my purchase. Thank you all!! Happy riding!
After over a week to to do a minor repair I have to wait 2 hours on the scheduled pickup date for my bike. The problem has immediately recurred and on closer inspection it is obvious the repair was only partially completed probably to get the bike out the door. Glad I didn't buy the bike from them.
Ezra sold me a good derailleur that works for my bike. I’ve also purchased a chain breaker which helped me fix my chain. The 3 times I’ve been in this shop have been all positives. The taller guy is pretty sociable and super polite. Thank y’all.
Was in the market for a new bike and my first ever nice bike as I am looking to transition from running to biking. After a lot of research, I settled on a few models, which I discovered were about impossible to find in stock online or in stores. I called a few local shops here in Wichita with no luck until I contacted Bicycle Pedaler. My #1 choice after researching what would fit my needs was the Specilaized Sirrus X 2.0. When I called thay bike was not in stock as I expected but Tyler who was assisting me checked for other models and they had the 3.0 in stock and on sale for less than I was expecting to pay for the 2.0! I was elated, to say the least. The bike was assembled and ready for me to pick up in a few days. During pick up, Zack assisted me with adjusting the bike for me, showing me how things worked and provided tips on things I might want to consider and even some cool places to ride. Love my new bike and would very highly recommend Bicycle Pedaler, my experience couldn't have been better!
Back in 2012 Ruth sold me my Ice Trike Adventure RS and it transformed my life into a healthy and happy one. Ruth is the kind of proprietor that you would like to see in every shop and store you enter. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She of course also sells top line diamond frames and services them as well as the Ice Trikes she sells. My wife and I recently moved to Georgia and I will miss the shop and going in.
Wonderful shop because of the amazing team that runs it. They carry A+ products for sure, but the crew’s knowledge and friendliness - along with community involvement and causes they support make this shop really special. Quick service and the mechanics are always happy to answer questions and teach you something useful if you’re interested. I won’t go anywhere else.
Can’t say enough good things about this shop. They’ve helped me get basic tune-ups, a bike fitting Jason is very knowledgeable and they are always willing to help me out when I drop by in a pinch. They’ve helped me get back on the road after a crash and Tyler, the shop owner, spent an hour helping me get my bike set up on my Kickr. Great bike shop and even better people. Thanks for all you do for the Wichita cycling community.
Tyler and staff did a great job setting me up with a new ride. Will be my go to biking store and I highly recommend.
Ran into Tyler from the Bicycle Pedaler on the Whole Enchilada and he stopped and fixed a busted derailleur for us. What a guy. Great service and really knows his stuff!
