Big 5 Sporting Goods - Bullhead City

Came here on a suggestion for work boots, turns out that they have them. Steel toe in my size at a great price, when I think if Big 5 I always think sports stuff but not anymore. Great staff who went out of their way to help me, will be going back and will suggest for others to go as well.

Sales associate Luis was great, spent several minutes digging to find shoes in my size. Found a great pair for me, the last one. The manager was rude and acted like I was a Richard because I asked for a discount because the shoe had a mark on it. Instead of being a reasonable business person and giving the customer the 5 percent discount they were asking for because the product is damaged, he proceeded to be a rude and unprofessional person, and telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. If it wasn't for the excellent assistance of the salesperson, this would be a one star review.

No shoe measuring for mens, the floor sticker was gone and sales rep couldnt find it in the back. The sales rep lacked knowledge of the shoes and types though she did work in that department. I know area is limited but find alternative source for shoes. Not worth the frustration.

Big store, great people. Would be a 5 if it wasn't so hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

Good place. CS Reps and Managers have always treated me good. They have good sales in the weekly paper.
