Big 5 Sporting Goods

Received help finding boots in my size by a very nice, young male associate with dark hair, the evening of 1/28. He was kept busy between me and a handful of men who were searching for work boots, but managed to keep up with all of us. All associates seemed friendly. Pricing here seems even lower than other Big 5 locations I have been to perhaps somewhat due to its location, there were so many choices of decent enough looking boots under $40, kind of crazy. I found a nicer, pricier pair myself as I hike so often and wanted boots with both the best possible tread, ankle support, AND enough loops to lace them up tightly. But this store is a great choice for someone on a tight budget, lots to choose from.

I went to 36 st and Thomas to by a gift not realizing the sale had ended the day before. The sweet salesperson Megan said let me ask if we can give you the sales price. The very nice manager said of corse. What service Thank you for making my day even better

The staff here were very attentive and helpful. I went in to purchase specific items to donate. They not only helped me find the items, they looked up and located other nearby stores with additional items and they gave a to a discount since the items were being donated. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for shorts items or clothing.

Decent location, staff in the shoe department was professional and astute. Store has great inventory and prices were pretty good.

Oh I bought something here and then it went on sale. I was getting the difference back. The hooked me up with cash back, great customer service and great prices.
