I recommend them for dry cleaning and preserving your wedding dress. They were careful with the heavily beaded bodice and managed to remove the dark stains that covered the bottom of the skirt.

Excellent. I brought both my sisters’ and my wedding dress here. One was a satin ball gown, two were delicate lace. We all got married outside in the mountains and the dresses were very dirty but they did a fantastic job cleaning and preserving all three! They also repaired damage to one dress. Oh my god all of my stains are completely gone!! I brought a white bubble Polo jacket here that had been severely stained, I didn't think it could be salvaged. She warned me that it may not work, but they got my coat ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW!! It looks better than when I bought it. Very friendly efficient service, they are polite and effective!! Bring all ur dry cleaning need here, or you will regret it!!

I picked up our comforter from Big Apple Cleaners and I am very pleasantly surprised! It had not been cleaned in a long time and I worried that spots wouldn't come clean. No worries. I took my wedding dress here after an outdoor wedding and had some serious dirt stains on the bottom of my dress. They were able to get everything out and my dress looks brand new again!

I would like to respond to Kim's post below. I was standing in line when she dropped the ski jacket off. She expressed concerns about the possibility of cleaning and was told that they felt like they could get it out. Kim was a new customer and Susie asked for prepayment. She explained that some customers drop items off and never pick them up. I understand that. Kim did not agree with paying up front and Susie agreed to a 50% deposit. I thought that was reasonable. I have been using Susie and her family for a couple of years now. I came from another neighborhood cleaner. I have always known Susie to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I have personally witnessed the same with many other customers. They clean in house all clothing items. If you had concerns upon pickup and were not happy with the cleaning I feel like Susie would have done everything possible to make you happy. Whatever that was. Big Apple Cleaner's has replaced broken buttons for me at no charge. They repaired a wool sweater recently that had a pull at no charge. I have not checked their pricing because I feel that they are reasonable and their customer service is above exceptional. I have always known Susie to be extremely friendly and understanding. Please support our local businesses. They are here working for us and we need them!

These guys are great. I was at a wedding with a new suit jacket and got pine sap all over my upper left sleeve because a timber frame post I was leaning on was still green. I brought the jacket here and they got it all out. Will be bringing all my dry cleaning here.

The people that work at this location are very nice. They cleaned my old yellowish comforter and made it look brand new. The comforter is completely white and they got all the stains out. I highly recommend this location!!!!
