My review is based on 10 years of porch pick up in Belmont and Cambridge.. I've never had a pickup missed.. They folks are quiet and polite! Yay! And I know they're overhead is Low so it's a great place to donate to.

As a Big Sister for 6 years now, I can personally attest to the powerful impact that a Big has on a Little -- and that a Little has on a Big.  I've never had such fun or had more reward from a volunteer experience.  Best of all, I consider my Little Sister to be one of my most special friends!

I scheduled and confirmed a curbside pickup to donate my clothes.  My donation was never picked up and I am now stuck lugging 10 boxes of stuff up 3 flights of stairs.  BEWARE
