A great place to go. Beautiful lake with lovely residents. Fishing is allowed with a permit and boating/towing is cool until sundown. After that, you can still use the boat but you can't tow or have a wake. There is a nice sandbar that is on the east side of the lake. Ask around and locals will show you where it is. Also offers great restaurants accessable by boat ⛵ or car. If you have a canoe or kayak, you can hit up Gilbert lake by going to the north end and heading west. Happy laking!
