Terrific work repairing my truck on a major insurance claim, it's sparkling like new. They went so far above and beyond. Tommy, the owner initially went to inspect my vehicle while it was still on the street for an estimate when it wasn't drivable, eliminating a lengthy towing issue that ICBC wouldn't help with. Then, they kept me updated constantly on the progress of the repair, what was being done and when. I never had to call to check up on the status, they were always ahead of the game. It came back on schedule and in great shape. I would give 6 stars if it were possible, I highly recommend them.Services: Painting

I have never been more impressed by an auto body shop. I was in a car accident and basically gave them a 2004, messed up Toyota Matrix. Within 5 days, they returned it and it looks like a 2022 car. They gave us constant updates, asked us for specifics about what exactly we wanted done, and gave us the most reasonable price for them. If there was ever an honest and hardworking auto shop, it is this one. They went above and beyond what they said they will do and even fixed an old scratch on the side, that we had no idea they would touch. For goodness sakes, they even cleaned and sterilized the inside of the car. It just blew my mind. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much to Gordon, Tommy, and everyone else at your shop and for inspiring me with your work ethic.

Brought our car in as it had been in a hit and run, Tommy was very helpful and took care of everything. Car looks like new. Cleaned the interior and delivered as promised, kept me updated as to the status and timeframe. I would definitely recommend bringing any of your Autobody shop needs here rather than those big chain Autobody shops. Customer service at its best.

I had the most high quality experience at Big City’s Auto Body. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at every encounter. My car’s paint was horribly faded from the sun, and the repair required re-painting. They went above and beyond by polishing my car such that the new paint blended seamlessly. That, plus their other detailed work has my car looking even better than before the accident. They even helped me understand some nuances about my insurance claim. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I live in Mount Pleasant and this is my go to body shop. Amy is always incredibly friendly, thoughtful and informative. I think I've saved thousands of dollars going to Big City because the staff are actually honest with you about your best course of action instead of trying to upsell you on something you might not need. Would highly recommend.
