Big Daddy's Pizza

This has been our go to place for 2am eats when I get off work. But lately it seems the quality of the food isn't worth the increase in prices. I totally understand the price increases given supply chain issues and increasing costs, however there seems to be a constant turn over in staff. But a 12" cheese pizza and 6 small wings for nearly $25. I will still go here because it is on my way home from work, and open at 2am. We just won't be ordering here for regular dinner times.

I ordered on the phone from their website and was told to go to the Wadsworth location, not realizing that they have two stores on the same street and accidentally went to the wrong location. When I showed up to get my order the front desk lady was extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason and was not helpful whatsoever..I am sure people make that mistake all the time considering they are both located on Wadsworth, so it should not have been necessary to have such an attitude for absolutely no reason. The only other person in the building was helpful but overall I would never order from this location again considering the way they treat their customers and the state of the lobby & building itself looks and feels like no one cares about quality whatsoever. I normally don't feel the need to even leave a review but I want the management to know their staff is repelling people & it should probably be addressed.

Place was open late .. did not expect the pizza to be so good.. but it was really really good.. price was fair for such a large pizza .. they have size from 14 inch to 26 inch pies... I recommend this place for everyoneFood: 5/5

Got 2 milkshakes it was insanely expensive. All she did was put ice cream into and cup and slightly spin it. No milk no etc... it was just regular ice cream that was bearly spun my a machine for literally 1 second it was a joke. Inside was closed no where to eat or sit down. I've had pizza from other locations and it's great, this place on the other hand is a joke.

Definitely not worth their extremely high prices! Food was mediocre, and thats just to be nice! But if you like spending $60.00 for a pizza and a order of wings this is the place for you!

Manager needs to return my money. Y'all canceled my order 1/26 But still charged me. I've spoken to the female manager that night n she assured me I'd have a refund. Chownow hasn't heard from y'all meaning management pocketed my $20 When I called back I was told management wouldn't be in for days... Refund me! Call chownow and deal with it.

This place is awsome!!! Its totally got the biggest pizza I have ever seen!!! The thing is almost 3 square feet!!! I have never seen, carried or eaten an pizza pie this BIG!!! Now I totally understand why they are named BIG DADDY'S!!! Yet have earned that title...

Served me raw food, mozzarella sticks were powder white; covered in flour and uncooked. Also I'm allergic to jalapenos and I got a jalapeno popper mixed in with the bunch. Glad I was curious as to why one of my raw mozz sticks was short and fat. Will be reporting this to BBB. I baked the raw flour and cheese stick in the picture for 10 minutes hoping it would crisp up or something. It did not, they had to be thrown in the trash.

Wish I could give more but: 1 Begs you to sign up for texts only to receive coupons that can only be used in Utah LOL! 2 Way overpriced 3 Shakes on the menu but they can't make them 4 There are 3 or 4 different sites to order from, all with prices that don't match their menu, very confusing To the guy who commented on people who "choose" to work in public service. This is not a profession. It's a minimum wage job that requires no skills. You get what you pay for.

I can only assume the lady at the front counter is the owner. Her attitude is unreal and their product is lacking in the amount of quality that I would expect from any restaurant, especially for the price. He can’t use the restroom. They don’t have any way of seating anybody except for two seats while you wait in a huge building that’s all blocked off. I to say the least I will never be returning to this establishment.
