Big Imprint helped me to accomplish much more than I would have been able to do on my own. Without them I'm sure I would be sitting at the computer tweaking and tweaking and still not have an on-line presence. Now I can focus on my writing. Their feedback on my ideas gives me confidence moving forward. Their rates are reasonable for someone starting out and the quality makes me feel proud to share about my website.

I was desperate, looking for a company that could help with a simple website code update. Most companies only take on large/complete projects, mine was only an hour or two worth of work. In speaking with Ethan from Big Imprint, I was ensured they could take on my small project and in a timely manner as well. They were able to squeeze it into their workflow and by the end of the week it was completed. They saved me hours/days of me trying to figure out how to change the code. Ethan was professional, courteous, and patient, great representative of Big Imprint. Big Imprint is a firm that I will use again!

I'm the director of communications at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon & Southwest Washington, and we just used Big Imprint for the first time to update our website in order to meet current accessibility standards. The BI team did a great job, moved quickly to execute the project in a timely manner, and kept the budget very close to their estimate. Ethan was great throughout. We'll definitely call them again!

Big Imprint designed my first website over four years ago. They have always responded immediately to any need expressed along the way. Recently, and once again they did a first rate job at designing a whole new, more professional and expansive website for me. And as always, they have proven most responsive in assisting me in developing needs. I intend to continue to have Big Imprint take care of my website for years to come. I highly recommend them.
