There is no way this place should have more than one star. Poor customer service, even the manager is very rude and not very helpful. No help system where to find items. They look very upset

I like it for there clearance area its usually half off. I work near here and its the closest place i can go to with limited time. i go in mostly for snacks and a bathroom break. the prices are normal and a pretty good selection of items the store is clean and the cashiers are curtious i usually stop in 2 to 3 times a week for drinks and some sort of snack.

Alot of affordable things for the home. They had a sale on sheets. Buy one set get second half off. I got 2 full/queen sheet sets for under $15.00. One solid navy and one tan. Great deal. They have a good deal on cube book shelves too for $39.99. Furniture too! And food!

Ample parking. Pretty big store. Clean inside and really friendly staff. My husband and I were walking around carrying a bunch of stuff and one of the guys that works there brought us a cart! Very attentive.

Good ,clean bathroom too.store not to busy .after I paid and left the store my charger broke the cashier took the time to get me a new one fitted showed me that it worked right size. I paid got charged call my granddaughter. The cashier saved my day .

Not really a pleasant experience. I was able to buy the items I needed but staff were impersonable. The cashier babbled with her head down a very rehearsed line to vote for them because they are in a contest, then rushed hands me the receipt "So we are in a contest,so vote for us as the best,ok thank,drive safely,have a lovely day!" Turns to next customer without eye contact to last customer. Sheesh! I would have wrote all the words together as to that's how she said it but didn't want to give you a headache. Lol Though on the plus side, if you have to go, you do get to enjoy the 3.5% sales tax.

The employees are very friendly and solve any kind of help that one needs quickly. very happy and satisfied with Big lots. thanks to the employees Frank Manager and Jonh who helped me with my purchase today gave me a service with an excellent quality I recommend a lot to go and buy Bigs Lots.

Great parking lot. Nice and fairly priced merchandise. However could not find item that was looking for which an online search stated they had. Took advantage and purchased other food merchandise.

Great customer service! Yesenia in Furniture Dept went above & beyond to make sure I could buy a many items off my list.She called other stores to put them on hold for me when her store was low on inventory!
