Big Lots

I can always trust Big Lots to be well stocked, organized, clean and, most importantly, a great staff. Never have I encountered a grumpy employee. They always appear to be happy in their work and pleased to see me and any customer. Good work!

Went in to shop and make an even exchange. Was told no by the manger that they were closing. She was very aggressive and not friendly. My husband and I took the item back to another location we're we had great service! Disappointing because that location was closer to our house.

Really crowded with furniture nobody wants. Too warm and poor ventilation. You have to walk up from the boonies in the parking lot as all the close spaces are reserved for curbside pickup, which nobody uses. Prices way up and a lot more higher-price Big Lots branded products instead of “big lots” of close outs like it used to be. Stupid, long, narrow checkout area forces you to walk through a maze of impulse buy junk. Less accessible than in the past and REALLY not fun to navigate with a walking boot for broken foot. Employees are cool but Big Lots corporate really needs to think about this store’s layout and navigation.

Friendly staff and good prices on toys and seasonal decor. Check them out for baking supplies for the holidays. Very happy.

My girlfriend and I really love this store and it's a shame that this area has gone to hell and it's only taken about 3 years undesirable people have basically taken over the majority of downtown Englewood and I can't believe the city isn't doing anything about it you see very little if any police presence walking the street

They are closing down due to theft. Until legislators stop raising property taxes on apartments & Institute rent control, this problem & homelessness are going to get worse. So much theft they are closing down 2 weeks before Christmas. Told me they just found out about 2 weeks ago.

This is a great location and the staff is always so helpful. They are never the same people but the people that they are able to hire really take pride in their job and want to make a difference in your shopping experience. Today I was looking for a mattress topper for my motor home. They had several styles to choose from and the prices are great starting at $20. There is security on foot for the stores and parking in that mall.

So sad that this store is closing,due to shoplifting that has gotten out of control, and security can't do anything.

Very good customer service! Loved the prices! They had a wide variety of items! Furniture and groceries! My sister and I didn't even get to see everything! We will be going back!!!!
