Big O Tires

Big O tires caused damage to my car and manager Anthony is refusing to settle! They initially offered to cover everything, then offered half, and when I wasn't satisfied with half, Anthony offered ZERO reimbursement. On June 10th, I was traveling South on hwy 285 out of Denver and heard a POP and saw blue smoke in the rear view, no engine lights, and the car was still running fine when I pulled over safely to find oil pouring from underneath with the engine off. I had the car towed to Clarkson's Automotive who determined that the oil plug had fallen out due to a loose drain plug. The plug was replaced and the oil was refilled, and the car seems to be running ok now. My last oil service was done at the Aurora Big O on February 19th 2024. On that date, in addition to leaving the oil plug loose causing my oil spill this week, the technicians at Big O inadvertently drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil and the visit took 5 hours with my pregnant wife and dog stuck in the lobby. Anthony stated that the technician was later fired as a result of the performance on my vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for the mechanic fees of $77.30 and the towing fee of $285.00. I totally recommend the people here. I brought my Miata in to have a strange suspension noise diagnosed. Anthony got me checked in last minute, which was awesome, and Tyler took good care of the car. He diagnosed the noise for me, and showed me a few things underneath the car that I wasn’t previously aware of. He took the time to answer my questions and allowed me to take a few pictures of the underside of the car. And at the end of it all, they didn’t even charge me. The Mazda dealer down the street quoted me $190, just for the diagnosis. The people ant Big O took great care of me as a customer, and clearly take pride in their knowledge of cars. I’ll absolutely be coming back with both of my cars.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony at this shop and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the source of the coolant leak, and offered a solution that was within budget. I even had him do additional work that I had been putting off. His teams expertise and attention to detail were evident, and my jeep runs perfectly now. I highly recommend Big O for anyone in need of reliable and top notch auto repair services!

Customer service provided by those like Anthony and Tyler here is rare and hard to find these days. Both over the phone and in person my experience here was beyond top notch and I will definitely be back again. Compared to their "competitors", they are far more genuine and have your best interest in mind. Not only was my experience hassle free, they had me in and out and back on the road in no time.

Called and asked if they had time same day to replace a tire and they told me to come in whenever! Arrived 20 minutes later and they got me in immediately, I was in and out in like 35 min! Everyone was super helpful and friendly I will most definitely return for my tires going forward. Shoutout to the girl with the pretty hair and tattoos for getting me taken care of :-

Just had an incredible experience at this location. Anthony the store manager was attentive, quick, and communicated everything clearly. He understood my urgency and provided me the information I needed. I was having a stressful day, but I could tell Anthony is one of those guys that really does want to help you out and not just make a quick buck. I walked out of there feeling like my car was in excellent hands. Service was timely and affordable. I highly recommend this location.

LITERALLY the best service ever. They’re quick, super kind and so thorough with their work. I was nervous to find an auto shop since moving because I had such a great connection in VA but this spot is my new fav. I will ALWAYS go to Big O on Havana <3 Caitlyn and Anthony are seriously the best!

I needed a tire rotation done. When I was calling to check prices at various places, Anthony was so polite on the phone. His price was the lowest and he offered an appointment. I tried to decline indicating I was price comparing. He immediately responded that if I found a better price he would honor it. So, I made the appointment. Another place had told me a lower price, but I had decided not to haggle because Anthony had been so polite. To my surprise, I wasn’t charged for the rotation even though I had been quoted $20. A nice surprise.

The team was awesome. Anthony was great, he got all 4 tires ordered that I requested within 24 hours. The appointment took just about an hour. Very happy with the speed of service too. Big shout out to Jorge as well.

easiest tire shop experience of my life. I got a flat last night and put a spare on. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning. Anthony got me checked in quickly and updated me on the process and I was out and on my way in a short amount of time. Very friendly and efficient, I'll definitely be back.
