Great price and great advice.
Andy was great! My strat plays incredibly well now and the turn around time was fast. Will be going to Big Sound for all my guitar repairs now.
Andy did an incredible job on an old beat up 60s Harmony guitar. He did a neck reset, new bridge, truss rod adjustment, new frets, new strings, etc at a fair price and was transparent about the process the entire way.
Excellent work at a great price! If there are any delays, Andy is more than willing to work things out and even does home service. I recommend him to anyone.
