Absolutely delicious!!! I loved every bite of this! The asada sandwich was so tender and full of flavor. I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Not one bite of the beef had grizzle or fat. It was perfect!!! My horchata was wonderful too!
The name says a lot, but not all… Check out this menu and all the options. First time here and I did not expect all the different options for such an awesome sandwich that I’ve had only previously from taco trucks and got al pastor or carne asada… but here, c’mon man! After eating the food in the truckhad a child, just easier than fighting her in the restaurant, you get itand seeing other plates come out while I was waiting, I had that feeling of: dang, why didn’t someone tell me about THAT!! Like the milkshakes in these glasses that remind me of the liquado cart vendors in Guatemala. Problem now is it’s going to take a lot of return trips to try all the things I want for the first time, and that’s in between all the return visits for the stuff we love already! Next time we’re eating in! Visit #2- eating in is the way to go- get a large licuado! Delicious
Stopped in to try a torta out and was very impressed. The breaded steak and sausage and Mexican cheese then the trimming. Awesome bursting flavors. I'll be visiting againFood: 5/5
This restaurant is well maintained, always busy, the food are delicious and fresh. Customer service are great. The best tortas in SLC. Parking: Not many parking spots.
Meh. I ordered the Cubana and must just be that I’ve had way better in Mexico but it did not hit the spot. Didn’t have any chipotle just a piece of canned jalapeño, the breaded milanesa had chewy crunchy spots in it, the sausage hot dog was extremely salty, and all I’m all, the torta just didn’t have that fresh good taste I wanted. It was more on the greasy side. Not to mention the onion in it was super strong and did not go well with that torta. My son had 2 tacos de pollo and liked them, no complaints there. Will be looking for a better torta spot.
Loved the huge torta enough for 2 meals. Loved the cheese and chorizo. The meltyness of the cheese and juicy meat. Worth it.
Wow! These tortas are muy bueno! If you're wondering, tortas are like a hot sandwich with sass! Just like the name suggests, they're BIG! Our favorite is the Asada... it has Oaxaca cheese and onions and it's messy and wonderful! You can choose your spice level and either chipotle or jalapeno... we choose chipotle. It's an experience!
The restaurant was nice and clean but the food was really good
Hands down best tortas I've had in the valley. Tacos are slamming too. The folks in the kitchen know what they're doing and they finesse the meats. The creamy green salsa is also so so good.Food: 5/5
I have tried the other location for BTBT, and had a great experience. The same was true for this location. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. This location has quite a bit of seating, but has been restricted due to Covid. I would easily pick one of these tortas over almost any sandwich shop in town.
