Delightful, small, no frills store. Great pasta, well portioned with thick long pasta. Chef personally came out to deliver the food, and the lady at the counter was also lovely. A small cup of cold water and napkin made it to the table almost as quickly as I took to walk there.
Average home cooked pasta for good price. Probably one of the cheapest handmade? pasta you will eat in the city but for what it’s worth, it’s ok. The flavors are very mild and watery, creamy pastas are not as creamy and the tomatoes pastas taste like canned tomato pasta. The noodles itself are slightly undercooked but has a good bite. I would go back to try other dishes here but if you’re into savory, flavorful pastas, this place may not be for you.
Super cute little spot for some high quality fast casual pasta. So so good for the price and really glad I stumbled on it! The portions are solid and the noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly
Really good no frills, italian fast casual - specializing in spaghetti. The pizza spaghetti was great. Very cost effective. Fast service too. Place needs to add music.
This place is so nice! Such an Italian vibe but of real Italian small food places and not tourist spots. The owner and stuff are extremely professional and leave a feeling of wanting to be back. 100% recommend Food: 5/5
reasonably priced, generous portion, and yummy pasta i got the bolognese. the pasta comes quickly and with a small container of parmesan you can add at your leisure. the staff were also very lovely. a cute place overall.
The cashier here is one of the most gorgeous people I’ve ever seen. She needs to be on TV, on the covers of top magazines, and in ads for luxury brands on Times Square! The food is good too.
This place is small but their portions and flavors are big!! The pasta is thick and chewy, and it came out piping hot. This is such a great find on the upper East side for this quality and price point. I recommend here if you want good, filling pasta!
After we went to the Met, we decided to give Bigoi Venezia a try. While we were looking at the menu on the glass window outside, one of the staff members came out with a big smile and handed us the menu on a postcard. We were going to pick up, but the staff was extremely friendly and we decided to eat in. They told us all the bigoi pasta was freshly made every morning. When orders came, they were cooked perfectly. Al Dente! We tried four different sauced dishes Piselli e Prosciutto, Bolognese Classica, Ai Funghi, In Salsa Antica, and they were all delicious. If you have not been to Venice, then you must come and try the Bigoi here. The owner Sebastian came out to greet us and gave us a history about his life. He also explained every part of the gondola bow decoration on the wall which was very interesting. He was such a gentleman and had some fascinating stories. Bigoi Venezia is a passion of his. If you ever visit, try to have a conversation with Sebastian. We strongly recommend this place and plan on going back to try all the dishes.
Such nice people work here. Would come back just for them. Both the chef and the lady at the register were such a pleasure to engage with. The chef came out to ask how I enjoy my food. Thank you.
