I had a tremendous buying experience here with the help of Van, who worked with concerning getting my Trek Marlin 5 in azure blue; I think that’s the proper name for the color, could be mistaken. Anyway, great knowledgeable service and attention was given here, not at all like some other bike shops where upon asking such things like, “will you be getting more in stock?” and they answer something brilliant like “uhhh, I don’t know.” Jaime here helped me a lot concerning a trunk mounted bike rack, shout out to Jaime and Van for being such supremely awesome individuals. Keep it up.
The store is cool and they have an amazing selection of bikes, tools & accessories. As far as the bike fit portion, I would be cautious and wait because I still experienced discomfort and serious bouncing in my seat after 60 days.
Bought the bike here and coming back for service, these people are very knowledgeable and service oriented. 100% recommended. Thanks again
Great shopping experience! We had an older man i believe his name is Mark help us and he was super usefully in choosing the right bike for my needs. We also bought all the accessories and the staff put everything up. Very excited about this bike.

Awesome customer service! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Being new to the hobby of trail biking they helped make our decision very easy. Shoutout to Agustine and Cayden for making it a wonderful purchasing experience! In addition, Trek has a huge network to leverage. For example, If the bike that you want is not in your size. They can easily verify inventory status and have that bike at their store within a week if out of state or transferred from another store.
Van the sales man was super helpful. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient as we asked so many questions. Bought my dream bike. We’ll definitely be back and recommend.
Brought bike in for service at 3:45 on Sunday and the door wouldn’t open. Lights on but no Can’t see anyone. Several customers show up. Another customer went to the back entrance employee came out said sorry electrical problem they were closed. They were going to put a sign up. The lights are on inside so I am unclear on the issue. I just wanted to drop my bike off for service . They could have taken it and written it up. Poor customer service. Miss bike barn

Great Staff!!! Everyone here genuinely wants to help you and assist you, but not it a pushy way. I would recommend any of my friends to this store. Oscar and Mark helped me on my last visit and they both were awesome!!!
