I got doored while riding my bike and NOPD failed to file a report. I reached out to Charlie Thomas, who I knew through the cycling community, and he helped me get a report filed; helped me get my medical bills lowered; scheduled a CAT scan for me; referred me to a great physical therapy specialist for my recovery; and helped me work with the car driver's insurance company to recoup money to cover my medical bills. Charlie and his team was also courteous, thorough, and kept me updated throughout the process. I am so grateful for the work they do and the support they gave me during this process. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
