Bikram Yoga Bay Ridge is the hottest studio in NYC. Our classes are open to all fitness levels so whether you’re a first time yoga student or have been practicing for years, we invite you join us for a class today.

We are invested in the health and well being of all of our students. With us, you will receive the best instruction by experienced and caring teachers. They all follow the same flow to allow your body to become comfortable with the movement and encourage improvement in every session.

Students of all ages and fitness levels will benefit from this total body workout. The postures combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work your whole body from your bones to your skin. With persistence, patience, and dedication, you can lose inches and develop muscle tone and strength that might never come from other forms of exercise.

We recommend that you attend class at least three times a week, but understand that your schedule might be too packed for that. Any yoga is better than no yoga so come as often as your schedule allows.

We have a small retail space and also have mats and towels available for rent at the price of $1 each.
