The perfect place for getting your mind and body in peak condition. The instructors are all wonderful people and give detailed guidance on each posture. The hot Pilates classes will drastically increase your strength. You won’t need another ‘gym’ after you come here. I’ve been a customer for over two years and love it.

Love this studio! It's a place where everybody knows your name. They have an awesome variety of classes including 60 minute bikram classes during the week! The hot room is very big so you won't feel crowded. It's also very clean. I highly recommend bikram yoga east valley!
