my girlfriend ordered a bikini 3 months ago. after a few emails and 381.60$ no more answer and no bikini. money has not been returned to this day. legal steps will follow. order number: 10243 edit: 17.12.2021 Email from bilbo : Hello rebecca, It appears you are trying to contact me for a refund. There are no refunds. This is clearly stated on our website in the FAQ and policy section. You placed your order on Sept 6. Your show date was Oct 30. Your suit arrived to you on October 21. You have had the tracking info since October 11. Anyone who was concerned about having their suit on time for the show would have contacted me right away. You waited until Nov 24 to say anything. You were informed via email on Sept 11 of your Oct. 11 ship date. On Oct 8 and Oct 9 I requested final pictures and you did not respond. I shipped your suit on Oct 11 as scheduled. You let the suit sit at the Swiss post office. You never picked it up. I am guessing this is all part of a plan to try and get your money back. You agreed to the return policy at the time of purchase. See below. This info is clear on our site and is there to keep people from abusing our business and services. You can see the tracking info just as well as I can. So I am in shock that you are even trying to pull this trick. I do not have this suit in my possession. If the suit does ever get back to me, then I will process it and allow for a store credit. You are not entitled to a refund. I also saw your boyfriend post a negative public review on our google profile. This is foolish. I will be responding to that post with the truth, so that the public can also see what really is happening and not the lies he is telling. I will be going into great detail when I respond to his post. It is unfortunate that you chose to go such a low route. no bikini no money and false accusations. very serious company!

All I can say is just WOW! Bilbo Baggs is more than what a wonderful example of outstanding customer service should be. I went to Norma and her daughter Randi with only one week till my show. This is an absolute no no in the bodybuilding world as we know every women should be planning this far in advance! Without any questions asked Norma got me right into her shop and made me an absolutely drop dead GORGEOUS suit that was everything I wanted and so much more. She took the time to do what I feel is very important when buying a bikini suit for a show. She listened to what I needed, she gave me professional suggestions and she made me feel so BEAUTIFUL in her shop, and also of course on stage. Norma and her daughter are incredibly talented in that they truly do have an eye for design and a passion for what they do. They have an assortment of suits in there store but also all of the accessories needed to go along with on stage. From shoes to jewelry, to warm ups and even cute unique workout cloths to make every women feel beautiful!!! I really enjoy going to the store and have private appointments as I have never felt rushed, I felt she listened to everything I asked for, and I am more than honored to have meet these ladies! This is an example of a small business that takes the time to create the perfect unique experience that I feel is an ABSOLUTE MUST for every competitor and I could not say anything more wonderful Bilbo Baggs!!!

Finally found a store that has a swimsuit that can effectively hide my 'thunder' - so glad I found this gem.
