Bill is well worth his commission. I have bought 2 and sold 1 home with bill as my agent. On every deal he was able to negotiate the best price and make the process simple. On the home sold, he was able to negotiate nearly 10% over asking price for me.

Bill has given me great advice in the past. My wife and I were debating if we should sell our house and downsize since we are down to just 1 child left at home. Ultimately we decided to stay where we are until our daughter geaduates next year, but when we do sell we wont work with anyone else!!
