Ordered a pair of the Iverson ice cream collab shoes when I got them they look really defected after about a month of no real response I was told they are out of stock , if you guys plan on restocking I would be more than happy to trade these in

ordered 2 neck garter through the store on June 24th. the product did not ship for TWO WEEKS. on July 7th when I finally contacted customer service about canceling my order, they magically were able to ship within 24 hours. by that point I did not even want the overpriced clothing anymore.

Worst customer service ever. Would give it negative stars if that was possible. Staff is rude, arrogant and threats customers as if they’re doing them a favor. One of the attendants said to me “you are free to shop elsewhere”. That was, for me, the endpoint. I left and I’ll never be back there.

Love shopping here. The store is amazing and the items are perfectly priced. The staff on the other hand unprofessional and I'm 90% sure the manager was on coke or other drugs. Which sucks since I take my family here to shop. Other than that I love the place.

Worst store ever, they don’t take cash and show favoritism towards different type of people.
