What a delightful surprise! This store is packed full of every nostalgia-tripping toy you can think of. I picked up a suction-cup Roger Rabbit butt for a very reasonable price, plus a ton of memories. A+!

Pretty great if you're looking for 80's toys! Also has a great selection of old Japanese anime and video game stuff. While cramped, it's really fun to look at all the things they have. I bought a Garfield plush from here a few years ago. He is so silly

Nice place for G.I. Joe and He-Man collectors. Not a huge variety of Star Wars and Super Powers. Im looking to fill-in remaining MIA figures. Prices seem decent/average.

Wonderful knowledge of toys and I had a fantastic experience Billy purchased some of my collections and was fair. I highly recommend.

Employee there was super kind and understanding of what I wanted. For such a small store the inventory is great, I got myself a big beautiful Godziller.

Billy Galaxy's prices are fantastic, and every time I've come in the store, I've found at least one new thing cool to purchase. Even through covid, this is a must visit stop in Portland if you love vintage toys and collectibles.

Stereotype my family, and block door on us when we try to suport local small business and shope in the store. Horrible people and customer service. Please don't shop in Bily Galaxy store. Don't support stereotype and hate!

Drove all the way from Vancouver to be told I could not look inside unless it was for something specific! I will stick with Rogue toys because Downtown Portland is absolute filth also... Boarded up windows everywhere, graffiti, just a cesspool.
