Billy's Gourmet Hot Dogs

Top tier customer service. Greeted immediately and the hostess/cashier gave us honest recommendations based on our questions. Extremely friendly. Food was also a great price and the serving sizes were healthy. Dogs were great. Was it truly the best dog I’ve ever had, no. But you can’t beat the price and how gourmet the overall experience was. Will definitely be going back.

I really wanted to like this place, but I just couldn't get into the food. While the toppings are well-chosen in delightful combinations, I couldn't get over the low quality of the standard Vienna dogs themselves. They were thinner than I'd've hoped and not particularly flavorful. Not a bad place for a quick bite, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way for at this time.

Prices are great but I wouldn't say the food doesn't fill you up even with the generous topping. That's hot dogs for you though. The food does have good flavor for the most part however the wings are not that great. Little meat on the bone and not great quality or taste. One downside was placing my order online. I arrived 10 minutes after the time it said it would be ready and they hadn't even started it. Apparently the alert goes to one of the employees phone and she had it on silent that afternoon they explained. I appreciate the explanation and then prepping my food as quickly as they could but it was still a bit of a time suck I didn't really anticipate or have the extra time for. That made for a poor 1st experience overall. It definitely means I won't be coming back anytime soon. Snarfs across the way earns my business over Billy's. They are at least known to be fast and reliable for online orders and great portions and quality over Billy's. Parking: Difficult to locate parking. Near a boutique hotel, small parking on side street. Street parking extremely full from other popular businesses and residents in the area. Better off taking a ride share or scooter/bike or walking if near.

First off it's a hot dog second the types of flavors go beyond the USA ... So I like variety and quality this place had both ...lots of options on styles of fries too ...not a superposh place but good food nice patio sweet people working on the day I went

Great Dogs! We had a little party at a yoga studio nearby and Billy supplied the hot dogs. I had a vegan dog and a billy dog after a down dog. Super tasty! Just wanted to give a shout out because of how generous they were to a local business.

I have a very high standard for hot dogs. If you’re ever near Athens, OH go to O’Betty’s and you’ll understand. I ordered a Billy, Taco, and Tijuana dog. The hotdogs are decent, but would be better if they were cooked on a flat grill and if the buns were toasted. I was the only one in the place but it was 11 on a Monday. This review is solely based on the food which wasn’t bad, but it’s not gourmet even by hotdog standards. I had no issues with service.

$5.50 for 5.5 Onion Rings... really? Kind of sad because they were pretty good, too. Dogs were nothing special, but come on....

Its so funny cause I've driven by here a thousand times, but never stopped. So very glad that I dis! It was excellent I had a Coney Island dog and it was spot on. The chili was perfect east coast style and the bun was super soft. My friends had the Chicago dogs and they looked great as well. Fries are the fresh cut russet potato style and they were great. Everything here is like super fresh, I'll be coming back very soon Service was really great, too

Amazing! You have got to try the Tijuana dog! Root beer floats are amazing too!

It was good. I had the Tijuana dog, smack af. My gf had the taco dog, equally gas. I had an IPA, it was worth. $36 for two to eat and drink after tax, not bad.
