Billy''s is FANTASTIC. It was about 4-5 years ago when my septic backed up into my basement bathroom. There was probably 16-20 inches of snow on the ground. It was either Christmas Day or New Years Day but I am not really sure which one, but I call all the "big" guys in our area, whose names I will not repeat here but you know who they are, and NONE of them would come out to attend to my emergency. I then found Billy's through our favorite internet tool Google, and they were at my house with 90 minutes. This was awesome being no one else would come out, it was a National Holiday, and there was 16-20 inches of snow on the ground. I have sworn off the "big" guys since this time and have called on Billy for all my septic needs and would recommend him to everyone in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, MD, VA areas for your septic needs. Billy's is a family owned business and they really care about you as a customer, which was proven in spades when they responded when no one else would.

Had emergency tank issues at a property my family was newly occupying. Contacted them mid-day and they were able to resolve the problem by noon the next day. They were polite and informative over the phone—Billy's grandson clearly explained the tank location process and provided rates for digging, if required. They also called before arriving. They promptly located the tank and had the issue resolved in about an hour, even though it required some additional digging. They made recommendations for future maintenance to avoid problems and what to look for in case there might be issues with other parts of the septic system. Their rates were almost the best I could find, but I am glad I spent the little bit extra—their demeanor and willingness to help was the best out of any other company I spoke with.

As a contractor who builds and repairs septic systems I get many calls concerning who I recommend to pump their tank. I always send them to Billy because he, and his grandson, gives great service. Very dependable and knowledgeable. His truck is newer and doesn't leak fluids like some of the competition.

The best service I've ever received! I called at lunchtime on a Friday afternoon and they showed up within 45 minutes of calling to have our septic pumped.. Great service, price, and the guys are very nice. Our whole family will be continuing customers. Thanks again!
