Biltmore Bank of Arizona

Wow, been a customer here for good while, things started to go a little bit south when they were bought by GrandPoint. Some very helpful and nice employees there. However the branch manager, Chris Anderson, is a bit short and curt and just refused to send me an email about an transfer that was needed. Very simple request by a customer I thought. Anyway, I am changing banks. Again, some very nice people there, but when the branch manager is rude, it kind of trickles down and puts a bad taste in my mouth. We have 100x the cash deposits in that bank as the amount needed to transfer to cover a check, but they can't do it over the phone, they refused to send an email, and were rude on top of that. So now I get to CXL my morning meetings and go down the their 1 remaining branch to get this done. Now, if were more aware of what cash was in what acct...then this would not have happened. But where is the customer service and positive attitude towards your client Biltmore Bank?
