We used Biltmore Plumbing twice for minor repairs before contacting them for an estimate for our bathroom remodel project. They did an extraordinary job in our home. The plumber, Rich Carl, was the only one of three contractors able to solve the riddle of re-routing the pipes under our shower bench to enable moving the drain from the center to hide it under the bench. Nothing short of amazing! He was very personable and prompt, characteristics missing with many contractors. He was very knowledgeable about all plumbing fixtures and brands. His expertise was obvious as the install went along time and expertly, including tub, glass sinks, faucets and shower fixtures including a second shower head. We were glad to refer Rich to our neighbors. They, too, have been very satisfied with his work. It's amazing to say we have never been more pleased with a plumber.

I used Biltmore Plumbing to install a gas line to switch from electrical stove to gas. My basement was finished so it was not an easy job. However, Rich came and was very positive with reasonable rate and was able to get the job done without any construction on any existing walls, ceilings etc. Rich is experienced and professional and did an extraordinary job. He went above and beyond to install the stove which included cutting granite countertops. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I had a GREAT experience working with Rich. He has decades of experience and was professional and fun. He had to relocate a sewer drain pipe, run water lines for a new bathroom in a basement. Quality work & prompt. Would definitely hire him again and again! Thanks Rich!

Rich installed a new tankless hot water heater for us. I would recommend this business, and have, to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced plumber. He doesn't try to upsell you while he is there. He is punctual, works clean and is respectful of your home.
