After weeks of trying to get my car windshield replaced from another national company, I called Binswanger whom I've never used before. The person on the initial call was courteous and extremely helpful. Within 2 days, I had my windshield replaced by two professionals who were prompt and skilled. The overall experience as great. I highly recommend Binswanger.
I called them to get a quote on an arch window over my front door. Their receptionist was very scattered and disorganized. I scheduled my estimate appointment for the following week and was told that someone would call me with the time. No one called me and I had to call back. The man that came out to measure was very nice and said that Binswanger Glass would call me within a week with my estimate. Again, no phone call and I had to call again to just get my quote. Expensive and I just wasn't impressed that they did not followup with me as they said they would. I went with A1 Glass and had a completely different experience plus they were more affordable.
They were so helpful and friendly even though they were busy! Appreciated them taking the time to help and repair my rock chip.
Service was great. I reached out and had my windshield repaired by the next day. They came to me. I spoke with about 4 different employees all together, and each one was helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again. They had reasonable pricing. The gentleman who repaired my windshield even tried to help me get my insurance straightened out!
*Update BG showed up out of the blue and had the stripping in hand and with the best price I've received. Still needing the job completed, I allowed them to install the stripping and I appreciate their follow up, to make up for the mistake. I'm sold on BWG from now on. Called to replace door seals. Tech showed up to identify which type, stated he would send a quote and order the seals. Never happened. Called a month later to schedule another quote, and they said someone would be out in a couple of days. Two weeks later I called another company.
I cannot brag on Binswanger Glass enough! They have always provided the best of services. They can install glass of any kind. I have always used them. I had a 1998 Land Rover Discovery with the 3rd window roof glass that no other company would guarantee an installation on. Not only would Binswanger install it with confidence, they guaranteed it and it never leaked. They have replaced many windshields since! I have never had a problem. They are prompt, polite, & professional!
I've had a vehicle mirror and a wood burning stove door window replaced here. Both times, the service was FAST, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were honest. I'd definitely recommend this place and will return for any future glass needs!
Great Experience with these guys. Had an antique dresser that needed 5 separate mirrors replaced. Custom work on this dresser was excellent. They were quick to get it turned around and were very fair on the price. Also the guys in the back shop were very professional. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
We had a side window shattered in our RV. It was tempered glass and shaped in a trapezoid -- not anyone's stock size. Other places, RV shops, dealers, other repair shops said they'd have to order it from the manufacturer and to expect 4 to 6 weeks. Binswanger used the window on the other side to make a pattern and had a new window made to order and ready to install in a week at a price much lower than I expected. We couldn't be happier.
