The staff here changes too fast, some are good others are awful. But I'm mainly giving good feedback to two staff, one Tonya (or Olga) that used to work there, and new staff Roman, they both do very good job, seem to know what they are doing and are polite.

This place is excellent. I brought my 2 year old daughter and they were nothing but professional. Only took on prick and we were on our way. Recommend if you have a young child.

Staff was very friendly nice and helpful. But the front door is not ADA code compliant, there is about a one and a half inch lip on the doorframe. I am lucky enough to be able to use my legs and had to get out of my wheelchair and have someone push my chair over the threshold in order to access the facility

TL:DR...Even if this place is closer, spend the extra time and gas to find another one! Terrible service, terrible at their job, and I was handled by the young guy on my first visit.
My OB and EHS used this lab. I've been to this location twice and had a terrible experience everytime. My first experience was with my first trimester blood draw. The young girl (was being trained more than likely), stabbed and missed my vein 3 times before another lady took over, stabbed me once and missed, then stabbed again and finally got it. After 4 vials I started seeing lights and purple, I told them i was starting to pass out. The young guy came in and held me up til they were done, then he leaned me over and was rubbing my back! This was uncomfortable and unprofessional in my eyes.
The second visit i went in for my second trimester blood draw and told them about me getting light headed. So they took me in to another room with a busted bed, that was caving in the center and lopsided..if you passed out on this you would roll off that's how slanted it was. It wasn't even a medical room, just a regular office room (creepy and unsanitary). Then a guy came in (different guy from my first visit) and set down a sharps container on a chair and ALL his supplies on the CHAIR...no paper or tray, nothing. Rinse and repeat from my first visit..stab me 3 times, grab someone else, they stab me and miss, but this time the lady was digging and sliding the needle in my arm!!!! By far the most painful blood draw in my life, I felt my arm bruising as she did it. After the visit there was a bruise 1 inch in diameter on my arm, i was unable to lift boxes at my job, or put any weight on it for 4 days!
When my OB told me I need to get my glucose tolerance done I started dreading it and finding ways to get out of it. But then they told me they were done with Bio Data I almost cried tears of joy right there. I have never been so happy over labs in my life, in actually excited to go to this new lab because anywhere is better than Bio Data.
It's amazing how a lab like this is allowed to operate.

Sorry for the long review:
Specifically told them to draw from my left arm as it's always the one that has been successful to draw from. The girl put the rubber band thing around my arm, and tried to find a vein in my left as I told her to. She found one but said it was very small, didn't seem to have very much experience. She asked what appeared to be the lead there and the lead said "I'll do it". I told her the same thing, she didn't listen, took the rubber band off of my left and placed it on my right, I told her "it's not going to work, that vein likes to roll and hide". She tried any way, proceeded to dig around in my arm with the needle in all directions, sweeping side to side as well as in and out to try and find the vein until I started crying! (I have many tattoos and a high pain tollerance so this is a very significant point!) Returned the band to the left and even though the vein was "very small" it was easy to draw from, and no pain! Imagine that... They should listen when someone, who knows their own body, tells them which arm is easiest!
I will not be returning here if I can help it!
